Personal attention to our client's needs is another constant. We empathize with the client's needs, program and sense of style. We do all that while keeping a tight reign on the budget. These are our guidelines for every project.

Our designs are creative yet classic, they pass the test of time. We do not get caught up with the latest fad but continually create innovative solutions that usually exceed our client's expectations.

When appropriate, we not only present design options, but also the relative cost of these options, to help clients choose the best solution. The final designs are the result of a true collaborative effort between the client and ourselves.

On larger projects, we encourage clients during the design process, to make sure all those involved, including the end users, buy into the design process early, at the beginning program and design phases, rather than waiting for the final rendered finished presentations.

"On time and on budget" are very important but they are not the only criteria we use to judge a successful project. The end user must also be completely satisfied with their space.

The firms numerous AIA "Archi" awards for design excellence and publication in trade magazines are testaments to this approach.

But more importantly, after a project is over, we leave behind evolved clients we call friends.
