On these projects, we encourage the project manager, overseeing the design process, to make sure all those involved, including the end users, buy into the design early, at the beginning program and design phases, rather than waiting for the final rendered finished presentations.

On time and on budget are very important but they are not the only criteria we use to judge a successful project. The end user must also be completely satisfied with their space.
